Originally from Italy, it is a large-scale lime olive. 80/160. The fruits have a high ratio pulp bone 3 / 1.The pulp is rather hard and fibrous with high level of crocancy and its most common preparation is green in brine. This olive is a product that goes very well with the Mediterranean diet and is usable as a garnish for meat and cheeses.
